Pushy and opaque. Got very upset that I would not finance through Toyota and they even stated to me that they cant sell the car to me if i dont finance through Toyota, which I know is illegal. Luckily I came with my own pre-approval. Also, lucky I found the CarEdge podcast which taught me much about the car buying process and equipped me with everything I needed to be an educated consumer in the market space. When I had additional questions and concerns with my new car, I was directed back to Yaro who kept bringing up the fact that I got a great deal on the car (maybe because his commission wasn't so great on my deal). I don't know personally what it is like to buy from other dealers in the area. However, I do know the experience could have been much worse but it definitely could have been much better. Also, side note: Toyota's quality is not what it used to be. I even reached out to Toyota to complain about a cosmetic issue with my brand-new purchase and they just brushed it off. More
