Audi Charlotte has a very attractive building and sells automobiles that have solidly designed and implemented features which makes even their low end of their offerings an amazing car to drive. I recently automobiles that have solidly designed and implemented features which makes even their low end of their offerings an amazing car to drive. I recently purchased an A3 flying from upstate NY to this dealership because, ultimately, I was able to reach a price that might not have been the lowest (that may be a mythic quest that is never satisfied), but was one that was fair enough. It also made it worthwhile to take a flight and drive the vehicle home (several hundred miles). That conclusion was reached because I reached out to the sales manager, Dima, who was practical, realistic, and, at times, even generous in his treatment of me. I also found the financial person Vineta Breeland to be both very professional and authentically herself. Both had the ability to put themselves in my shoes and act in ways that allowed all of us to benefit from the complicated process of buying a car. She also texted me to see if I arrived home safely, which was a very kind and generous act on her part. I very much enjoyed meeting her as a person and appreciated her thoroughness in making the charges transparent to me. I would recommend that be just standard operating procedure with all buyers. My overall sense of the dealership is that their sales force is young and that the process of buying a car is still too much the drama of reaching a price. When one enters a place where the customer cannot expect to pay the same price as every other customer that enters the dealership for the same product, it is hard to make that the basis for a future relationship of trust and mutual regard. At one point I had as many as 4 folks contacting me about the car, which just was confusing rather than attentive. Once Yehor was set to be the primary, it was better though communication with him was lumpy and, at times, frustrating. Some of the responsibility was mine in not checking the "junk" folder where some of his emails landed and went unread because they did not show up on my phone so went unread. Some was his in not having checked to see if I had received his communications. I believe he will grow in his role and find that a certain measure of gentle "parenting" thoroughness can go a long way to address communication issues that appear early in the relationship and wave a red flag to remain mindful of how important it is to get optimized since it is a crucial time in building the initial relationship with a buyer. I would also suggest that he remember that, given the technological advancements that are part of new cars today, customers like me do not know what to ask nor what we do need to know. As for the 12 hour drive home with heavy traffic in Charlotte, incredible downpours for the length of Virginia, and nighttime driving through the unexpected challenges of jarringly lit work zones, along with the tailgaiters and swerving double trailers,I found it easy to bond with the A3 and use its many features to negotiate several otherwise harrowing experiences almost instinctually. After extensive research of luxury brand SUV’s, in October 2025, I decided on an Audi SQ5 Sportsback Prestige model. I contacted Audi dealers in Charleston SC, Hilton Head SC, Columbia SC, and Charlo October 2025, I decided on an Audi SQ5 Sportsback Prestige model. I contacted Audi dealers in Charleston SC, Hilton Head SC, Columbia SC, and Charlotte NC in search of this particular model, blue exterior with black interior. After initial contact with the afore mentioned dealers, I received one maybe two calls from Charleston, Hilton Head and Columbia dealers with Premium Plus Models that were not Sportback editions. Yehor from Charlotte Audi was the only one that kept looking for the vehicle and kept in touch with me. I had honestly given up looking for it until the 2026 models came out. I even tried to order the specific model I was looking for from Audi.usa website however it was not available for order at that time. On Tuesday, December 22nd, Yehor called to inform me he had located the exact vehicle I was looking for in FL and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the sale. I immediately agreed and gave him a deposit. In my experiences, I have never had a salesman continue to try to find the right automobile to satisfy customer. My experience with Yehor and his Sales Manager Dima, was outstanding. In my opinion, they both went above and beyond for me. My wife and I had to make a 3-hour trip to Charlotte to pick up the vehicle. The delivery was slightly delayed therefore, Yehor and Dima had the car brought to me at our hotel the next morning to expedite our trip home. Charlotte Audi is the best Audi dealer in the South Eastern US region if you ask me. Thank you for all you did gentlemen. More

This dealership is not professional. We bought a 2025 dealer test drive/loaner Q7 with 8k miles on it and it did not have a rear window wiper blade. Called our sales rep several times either no response. Finally called parts, I return call and then service, finally spoke to a manager who said they would put it on. And oh by the way, they didn't inspect it or change the oil before they sold it to us so we had to pay $300 for that. They ended up charging us for the wiper blade which we are now disputing but again not retuning phone calls. Sales rep was Yehor, very shady. More
