Bought a beautiful used Lexus on the evening March 5th. On the way home I noticed the blind spot mirror function wasn’t working. I pulled out the owners manual to educate myself on functionality. I then notice the vehicle didn’t have the option on the car. It also didn’t have heated seats with memory. These items are listed as being on the car in writing. I called Yesell, my salesperson. She said I could come back and trade it in on another vehicle. I’ve never been so insulted. I’ve gotten no help from management and have been waiting 5 days for a call back from Jacob Taylor. This place is a bad place to do business with. More
