Yesenia Fonseca was wonderful! I came into the dealership with specific boxes to check on purchasing a used car, related to mileage, space needs and budget. Our family hadn't had a car payment in many years, so the process was a little scary. We've also never bought a Chevy before. Yesenia was the first to approach me and she was very casual with the conversation, asking great questions to make me feel at ease. She showed me specific vehicles I requested based on my research online, and was great at recommending vehicles I may not have considered. My husband and I ended up purchasing a great SUV and our trade in was valued higher than other dealers we considered. We went a little over budget (by choice) because we found a car we loved, but Yesenia and her manager worked to get us as close to goal as possible. I highly recommend working with Yesenia and her team. They helped make the process as easy, and stress free, as possible. More
