This was my first purchase from Corwin but my 4th purchase in all - 3 priors were with Liberty Toyota. Although I may purchase another Toyota in the future, I will not be back to Corwin. And if it ha purchase in all - 3 priors were with Liberty Toyota. Although I may purchase another Toyota in the future, I will not be back to Corwin. And if it had not been for Yesenia this sale would not have closed. Although Preston tried to help - and salvage any good feeling about this deal - the offer he made did not make a dent in the feeling that I was just a number and any consideration offered was nowhere near the compensation for the bad taste left in my mouth. Yes, I should have walked out, yes I should not have traded in my vehicle. You won only because you had the vehicle I wanted at the time. As the quality of this dealership under Corwin has decreased in value added service, not only will I not be back for a purchase, you have also lost any service beyond mandatory recalls on the purchased vehicle. More

Worst dealership I have ever worked with. 8 hours to buy a vehicle. 2 weeks later when the a/c goes out in 90+ degree weather, they won’t help at all. The dealership itself was clean and comfortable. It did take longer than expected to complete the purchase even though we were paying cash. Yesenia was excellent to work with. The one negative experience we’d like to address was while Yesenia was assisting us and actively speaking to us at her desk, an older lady came and squeezed herself between the wall and Yesenia to look for ‘cords’. This was very rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary while any salesperson is with a customer. Yesenia was very polite to her and let her look for what she was looking for, but this was definitely not the time and the other lady definitely could’ve waited until Yesenia was not with a customer.
