This was my first purchase from Corwin but my 4th purchase in all - 3 priors were with Liberty Toyota. Although I may purchase another Toyota in the future, I will not be back to Corwin. Although Preston tried to help - and salvage any good feeling about this deal - the offer he made did not make a dent in the feeling that I was just a number and any consideration offered was nowhere near the compensation for the bad taste left in my mouth. Yes, I should have walked out, yes I should not have traded in my vehicle. You won only because you had the vehicle I wanted at the time. As the quality of this dealership under Corwin has decreased in value added service, not only will I not be back for a purchase, you have also lost any service beyond mandatory recalls on the purchased vehicle. Worst dealership I have ever worked with. 8 hours to buy a vehicle. 2 weeks later when the a/c goes out in 90+ degree weather, they won’t help at all.
