It’s a ridiculous and totally rip off. They charged $1200+ to replace a single coil of the spark plug. After the first one it didn’t fix the problem and going to charge another one for $40 They charged $1200+ to replace a single coil of the spark plug. After the first one it didn’t fix the problem and going to charge another one for $400+. The owner refused to do it the second time and got it fixed by outside mechanic for a fraction of the cost. The mechanic also said that it was common faulty in this van and Ford excuses for the windshield replacement by others is not true. Definitely unacceptable! More
