It’s a ridiculous and totally rip off.
They charged $1200+ to replace a single coil of the spark plug. After the first one it didn’t fix the problem and going to charge another one for $40

The owner refused to do it the second time and got it fixed by outside mechanic for a fraction of the cost. The mechanic also said that it was common faulty in this van and Ford excuses for the windshield replacement by others is not true.
Definitely unacceptable!
