Henry, a member of your service staff, was greatly concerned and immediately began to correct the situation. Thanks to Henry's diligence, follow through and keeping me informed on the progress of another airbag, all was accomplished today with great ease. comfort and efficiency. While this was a particular occurrence, Henry has always succeeded in seeing that the service to my Ford Fusion is handled with success. Thank you, Henry.
