The dealership was very helpful from when I walked in the door until I drove off in my new truck. The sales team, Mikey and Zac, were able to get me the exact truck that I wanted and out the door in a timely door until I drove off in my new truck. Just didn’t feel like there was any incentive or customer service that would make my experience meaningful and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership because of my experience. I feel like the sales guy was more worried about his commission than making a deal. I walked away paying full asking price and getting a key fob. They tried giving me the runaround about the cost of a bed cover and really didn’t go above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle or price. Would not recommend. More
