I’ve been with Infiniti for 10 years and I moved to the Orlando area about 5 years ago and I’ve never been treated so poorly. This salesman has been the worst with his “it is what it is” type attitude towards the customer. This dealer doesn’t care whether they lose someone or not. They charge you crazy fees too. I don’t like to be played with and this place only does that. They forget to do services when you bring the car in, they never have decent availability for services, I got a nail once they were bothered to have to replace it (warranty), and so much more. Save yourself the headache. More

This was the first experience that I’ve had with Orlando Infiniti. The entire staff that I interfaced with, from the receptionist to the leasing sales manager, and the service staff were very professional Infiniti. Although I was a “walk-in” without an appointment, the receptionist quickly honored my request to see the Leasing Manager and gave me a time that he would be available. The Leasing Manager, Steven, listened attentively to my circumstances related to the desired lease, then introduced me to the sales representative, Mr. Zach DesOrmeaux, Zach was very pleasant to work with. He listened. Then he showed me the exact type of auto, that I had expressed a desire for, the QX-60. He is also knowledgeable of all aspects of the leasing process. He walked me through it, then worked with me in interfacing with my bank and insurance company to expedite the paperwork process. He is the consummate professional. Never pressing, just helpful. Zach then introduced me to Service Advisor, Levi Giroux, who, as it turned out, would demonstrate the service-oriented environment that permeates Orlando Infiniti. After closing the lease, the next day, I drove the car to GA. Doing the trip, I noticed a slight vibration at speed. Upon returning to Orlando, I took the car back to Orlando Infiniti, checked in at the Service Concierge’s desk where I got another pleasant surprise. When I told the service representative, Regyna, what my problem was and that I wanted to see Levi, she called him, then went to look him up when she was unable to reach him by phone. My immediate thought was “WOW! What service!”. It got better. Levi, met with me shortly afterwards. I explained the problem, and he said he would address it immediately. Less than 30 minutes later, my car was ready, It had also been washed. Kudos to the entire staff that I met at Orlando Infiniti for the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto dealership.
