I was rushed to buy the vehicle and told they would sell it under me. That was the first flag I should have run from. Got the car and it smelled so strong of cleaner. The back wiper was junk. The air filters had never been replaced and it's still due for a tire rotation. No wiper fluid. Drove about 30 miles and the smell was horrific. I couldn't bring it back right then bc I had to get a kid from school assumed the next day would be fine. I called them the next morning saying i did not want the vehicle bc i couldn't handle the smell. They told me they did not take cars back but would consider giving me a trade value. I refused that saying I wanted my full amount back. They then began saying they wouldn't work with me at all if i was angry. And demanding a refund "doesn't work that way" So they said i could bring the car in and they would diagnose the smell (i only agreed to this bc they told me several times I could not return it.) I drove 6 hours for them to blame me for the smell, not diagnose anything and told me to use coffee beans for the smell. I complained again the next day and they ignored me completely. So i started reaching out to report them. They now say I can't return it bc i didn't in time and they won't extend it for me. They say if i drive back another 6 hours they will actually diagnose it this time. Obviously there is no respect or trust in them doing right by me. They are a huge scam. Liars. And take advantage of people. I've got 4 open claims against them. And a car that is now sitting due to how sick it makes me. Likely from mold. Stay clear of them. I have never in my life had to experience such dishonesty. More
