My car was forgotten about, took it in back late. Had to put LO jack back in because it didnt pass emissions with it, they said they will install it during oil change. Sat in waiting room for 2 1/2 h Had to put LO jack back in because it didnt pass emissions with it, they said they will install it during oil change. Sat in waiting room for 2 1/2 hours. I have 8 free oil changes from a screw up when buying the car. The guy couldnt find them, even though ive had 3 oil changes with no hassle all ready. I finally got my car. They forgot to give it a car wash, i said forget it. I have to go. I drove home, saw wires hanging by my foot. Called and sked if they installed the lo jack, they said yes, of course they did. I said, are you 100% positive,because nothing has changed with the wires. He said yes. He called me back saying the guy forgot to put it back in. Which is shocking it took 2 1/2 hrs for a oil change/tire rotation. Worst service ive ever had for any car service. More

Don’t trade your car in at this dealership I traded my Malibu in that gave me 4000 dollars for it they said it was going to action and that might make about 500 dollars on it now it’s on their lot for 899 Malibu in that gave me 4000 dollars for it they said it was going to action and that might make about 500 dollars on it now it’s on their lot for 8995 be prepared to be lied too nothing but smoke and mirror’s at this dealership and I wouldn’t even trust them to change my oil or even put air in my tire!
