His approach, kindness, help, and allowing me to enjoy the experience without pressuring me is 100% why I chose to return and to start the process. THE ENTIRE TEAM WAS PLEASURABLE. Didn't call me constantly to try & win my business. Very professional! THEY WORKED FAST AND EFFICIENTLY AND WERE KIND & UNDERSTANDING OF MY CURRENT SITUATION WHICH WAS SUCH A NICE CHANGE. The financial gal explained my contract thoroughly; let me add in GAP on the spot. They had my credit app back within minutes! The entire experience was stress free which was exactly what I needed. Good people!! I will return! Thanks guys & gals :) More
