Alexander was the person I worked with from test drive to trade in to final sale and signing off on the sale a getting the keys to my car. Alex was upfront/transparent with everything, from the differences of the cars I was looking at to explaining the different warranties if I wanted/needed/required one. After deciding on what car I was purchasing he was able to get the paperwork taken care of in a timely manner and within a timeline that fit my personal schedule/timetable.
