It is very evident to us that unlike other dealerships, once the deal is done, you are NOT forgotten. My recent experience with service was top notch as usual. I called Foster at service to schedule an oil change and mentioned a small concern that recently popped up with my G-80. That's all I needed to do. Foster took care of the rest. He picked up my car as promised, addressed my requests and issues and returned the car to me clean and shiny but only after he was 100% certain that there were no issues with my car!! It is rare to find this level of customer service at any dealership but at least for us, it is routine at Star Hyundai/Genesis. Kudos to the entire Star team but special thanks to Zack and Foster for continuing to make our Star experience an exceptional one. As an extra note, my daughter recently brought her Elantra into service for an oil change and NYS inspection and Foster made sure that my daughter was well taken car of and more so that the car was good to go for another year. Excellent, simply excellent!! More

I went through the true buying service and has no problems what so ever. They gave me the price that was on the true car site and all went well. I worked with Thomas and he was just excellent . He explained all about the cars and we went for a test drive which was pretty long. He did not put any pressure on us to buy the car. He explained quite well everything that needed to know about the car to my daughter who was buying the car. On the day of delivery he took care of everything. He even put the car in the garage because it was raining so that we could look at it before we paid him. If you are going to buy from star hyundai you definitely should deal with Tommy Tong. More
