I was extremely pleased with my dealings with Zack and his team . I could not have asked for a better experience, and frankly after leasing about 20 cars over the years, this experience was the best. This is my 5th brand new Hyundai and the best buying experience I ever had at a Hyundiai Dealership. Tommy Tong/Zack Lintz were very professional. It was worth the 25 minute drive. My last two services at this location was excellent. This time no so much. I had regular maintenance and my back right tire was always two psi less than the other three. I checked the tire while being on the time no so much. I had regular maintenance and my back right tire was always two psi less than the other three. I checked the tire while being on the vehicle for any damage in which I could not find any side wall damage nor anything obvious in the treads. I received a phone call regarding my vehicle once in the shop and they claimed I had a nail in the side wall. This is alarming as I thoroughly inspected the tires side wall and a nail in the side wall is nearly impossible under normal driving conditions and can only be obtained intentionally. They wanted to charge me $290 for a new tire which was a little high and plus I wanted to inspect the tire myself for the said nail. When I received my car the tires were rotated. I soon realized my front left tire was 33psi and my back right as well. My front right tire was 49psi and my back left was only 29 psi. Car was handed back to the customer in worse shape then when given to the service center. This is unacceptable not to mention the shady nail in the side wall. More

This is my second experience with this dealership, and Mr. Robinson it couldn't have been any better. I was returning my lease Sonata. My salesman Stephen Lee was great. I told him what I was looking for Mr. Robinson it couldn't have been any better. I was returning my lease Sonata. My salesman Stephen Lee was great. I told him what I was looking for and he went to work. Walking out to show me two Kona's and a Sonata. Me and my wife test drove both Kona's and pick the Kona Sel.Then Mr Lee put everything together in one day we had a new car. Thank you to the staff for making this happen so quickly. More
