I want to Shout out to Zach who came to my assistance and helped me immensely yesterday! Great guy! I also want to hail Norman who is always there for us! However, on my 2 year old car I needed a new engine helped me immensely yesterday! Great guy! I also want to hail Norman who is always there for us! However, on my 2 year old car I needed a new engine, which happened after an oil change which appeared to have leaked out? In fairness they replaced the engine and took care of it at no cost! Now, I had my car service d at the end of April and yesterday (end of June) my car starts beeping and has NO coolant in it! Where did it go? Was it filled in April ? Questionable huh??I find it hard to believe in 2 months I am empty on coolant?? Very concerned about service area ? I would like to hear back from someone in charge or meet with them in person because I send people to buy cars over there and have had forever and never had these issues! But now, 2 mistakes later, and at my free oil change they had no problem upselling me 369.98 for other servicing but No Coolant?? This is the second car bought from Hyundai from 2019 and now this 2024! I am sorry to say I am somewhat suspicious of their servicing Department ? More
