Then he worked tirelessly to find the car with the exact specifications we desired. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we felt like valued customers from the moment we met him. He introduced us to others in the dealership with pride, knowing we were likely to lease the car. Sadly he was FIRED in the middle of our transaction, and the dealership gave us the run around about his whereabouts for over a week. Then, due to an alleged issue with the longshoreman strike which lasted all of 24 hours, they LOST the car we ordered. Zachary stepped in and completed the transaction. Brandon, the young man who demonstrated all the features of the car was also excellent. Beth seemed uninterested in meeting us, or maybe she was just uncomfortable because she knew she was getting ready to fire Jeffrey??? We are very happy with the car, particularly with the upgraded packages Jeffrey sold us.
