I was having starting issues with my 2018 Chevy truck so I called up the dealership to see if I was still under warranty which it was. Worst car shopping experience ever. Not only did the dealership lose a sale over $400 but the so called salesman Zak was a robot trained by shady upper management. My poor mother who doesn’t know much about cars bought a lemon from these jerks and they would not help her fix the issues the car came with. Who sells a car with no radio in 2023?? Also one of the tires ha lemon from these jerks and they would not help her fix the issues the car came with. Who sells a car with no radio in 2023?? Also one of the tires had a slow leak and they not only took weeks to get a new tire in but once she finally brought it all the way there to get it fixed and waited over an hour for it to be fixed because they supposedly have no loaner cars when they sell cars with issues, but when she drove away the abs and traction lights came right on and they “don’t know why” so she’s being forced to sit there for god knows how much longer. They also never told her they wouldn’t fix the radio and whatever else was wrong with it, they let her bring it all the way there thinking it was going to be fixed only to let her down in person. It’s a 40 minute drive there for my mother. This place is nasty. Buyers beware. They also refused her a refund on the car once these issues they refused to correct came to light, despite it being less than 30 days since she’s purchased the car. More
