The technicians performed the necessary repairs, but it was extremely difficult to contact my service rep. I tried calling 4 times over two days and left voicemails each time, but my rep didn't listen to any of them. If the voicemail system isn't working, they really need to fix it soon and explain to customers that they're not able to listen to voicemails (or be more diligent about answering their phones!). I hope other customers don't find it as impossible to speak with their rep as I did. More

The reason for 3 stars is the time it took for service. I had a 10:30am appointment and I arrived 10 early. My car wasn't pulled into the garage till 11:15am. My car was done till 12:15pm. It just shouldn't take this long to do this service. The previous time it took 2 hours for the same service as well. I have a maintenance plan with the dealership so I am hoping the next time I come in things will be better. On the positive side Zak was a great guy and very helpful. More
