The reason for 3 stars is the time it took for service. I had a 10:30am appointment and I arrived 10 early. My car wasn't pulled into the garage till 11:15am. I came in for a oil change and tire rotatio I had a 10:30am appointment and I arrived 10 early. My car wasn't pulled into the garage till 11:15am. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. My car was done till 12:15pm. It just shouldn't take this long to do this service. The previous time it took 2 hours for the same service as well. I have a maintenance plan with the dealership so I am hoping the next time I come in things will be better. On the positive side Zak was a great guy and very helpful. More
