An unexpected result of my visit to Audi Lakeland My husband and I were waiting in the Lounge area of the Audi Lakeland facility while our Audi Q5 was being serviced. A young man asked me if I would like him to turn on the TV. He introduced himself as Zane Thomas and said if there is anything he can help with to let him know. I responded that I do need some help, explaining that I am interested in purchasing a pre-owned Audi vehicle. We discussed my budget and a general idea of the vehicle I wanted. Zane reviewed his info and said that they have an Audi A3 that will soon be available. A couple of days later, we returned to the dealership to see the car. When I saw the car, I knew that it was perfect for me....Zane was very helpful throughout the resulting process of purchasing the car. I asked many questions, Zane was patient and answered me or got someone to answer. I enjoyed my experience at Audi Lakeland and specifically the Sales Support by Zane Thomas. I felt Customer Support NOT any heavy pressure to buy. I will recommend Zane Thomas and Audi Lakeland to others based on my experience...I am thrilled with my Audi A3. More
