Mike was great at offering the CPO vehicle I wanted at my exact price and giving me what I needed for the trade in, but everything fell apart in the finance department. I specifically asked to use Land Ro exact price and giving me what I needed for the trade in, but everything fell apart in the finance department. I specifically asked to use Land Rover's Chase lender and only wanted one hard inquiry on my credit report, but they did three hard inquiries instead (even after saying Chase was "approved") and then offered me 2-4% higher APR than my local credit union and sites like Cap1/CarMax. They also don't seem to be equipped to handle nearby out of state purchases, as they wanted me to drive four hours round trip to sign paperwork and then wait a bit over a week to drive to the DMV here in my state and actually exchange the vehicle. In the end, no sale was done, my credit score dropped four points, and I have three new hard inquiries for about the next two years. More

Once again, I was well taken care of with servicing my 2022 Land Rover Discovery.
