We used Renee as our saleswoman. She was upfront and honest from the very start! Her manager, Stealth (I think), tried to have her show us a higher model. She knew how much we She was upfront and honest from the very start! Her manager, Stealth (I think), tried to have her show us a higher model. She knew how much we wanted to spend and said she would try to work with us. Than Stealth came over and gave us a price that was $3000 more than we wanted to spend. We didn’t understand why he would show us this higher model and had no intention of working with us on the price. We were quite upset to say the least! We then asked to speak to the vice president and he made things right with us! He gave us the lower model that we were looking at and matched our price that we wanted to spend. He tried to make things right with us since we were family and friends and bought every Toyota from Al Hendrickson. It was a pleasure working with the Vice President and Renee! More
