When I dropped it off for a simple brake job and alternator replacement, the service was botched: wrong parts ordered (twice!), delays stretching a 2-day job to over a week, and no loaner vehicle offered despite my repeated calls. Management blamed everyone else—techs, suppliers, even me—while refusing to waive any fees or comp the shoddy work. My bill was absurdly high for subpar repairs that failed again after 500 miles. Total incompetence and zero accountability; avoid this place at all costs! 1 star. More
