This man is so knowledgeable about what it takes to make sure your ok after you drive off. People are weary about "add ons", but he throughly explained how important warranties and gap insurance are when pu sure your ok after you drive off. I have done a lot of hwy driving and know all too well how it feels to be stranded in the middle of nowhere. Thanks so much for educating me and getting me all ready for the road! You rock!! More
