I purchased a car from Grubbs 6 months ago and still don’t have my plates been driving around with temporary tags and I have to call 10/15 times before anyone actually does anything. Not to mention when I traded in my car they didn’t pay off my car in time and had to get call from my previous lender about missed payments after Grubbs bragged about selling my car 2 days later so they are quick to make a buck off of you after that they don’t care about you and you will be pulling your hair out trying to deal with this dealership after the sale is complete I would never in my life use this dealership!! More

I bought my car there 2 years ago. I was tricked into purchasing a prepaid maintenance plan by a finance guy who said that I could use it at a Nissan dealership since there are no Infiniti dealerships wi purchasing a prepaid maintenance plan by a finance guy who said that I could use it at a Nissan dealership since there are no Infiniti dealerships within 100 miles of my residence. When I found out this was untrue I tried several times to get a refund. The most recent time I was told that I would need to come in person to sign in order to get a refund (a 6 hour round trip). They keep calling me to sell me a new car but no one will fix this super shady sales trick that has me pretty upset. Obviously I don't need to be in person to sign a document they just want me to buy a car. I'm mad. More

Grubbs is not a dealership to buy a used car from. The only thing certified is that the car is used, and not the quality of the car. Grubbs knew our car had serious issues and sold it that way. One knows the car you are buying is not new, but you don’t expect it to fall apart a week after you drive it off the lot. Full disclosure would have been appreciated if they weren’t going to stand behind the quality of their used car, especially if it is a Lexus (known for quality). This is our 3rd pre-owned Lexus and have not ever had a problem until we went to Grubbs. Although we bought our car from Grubbs in August, our car is still in the shop now (September). If you are thinking of a pre-owned car, don’t go to Grubbs. Run, run to another more honest pre-owned dealership. More
