Service is a joke don't waste your money getting extended warranty my trunk latch stopped working had vehicle less then 2 yrs already had to shop for burning oil fast and the trunk latch said burning oil is warranty my trunk latch stopped working had vehicle less then 2 yrs already had to shop for burning oil fast and the trunk latch said burning oil is normal latch isn't covered who can afford 600 for a trunk latch suppose to gave bumper to bumper warranty will never buy another kia More

Young guys in the service department are dismissive, rude , arrogant and disrespectful. They won't listen to anything the customer tries to say and you simply can't get your vehicle serviced properly or your , arrogant and disrespectful.
