Terrible service. Lance Stephenson was very unprofessional. He recommended a new battery in the vehicle that I had just purchased from the dealership not even 3 mon Lance Stephenson was very unprofessional. He recommended a new battery in the vehicle that I had just purchased from the dealership not even 3 months prior. He had stated he would check prior to me coming to pick up my vehicle while it was in service. When I got there I had asked him if they had put a new battery in. He had stated that they did not. So Crestmont Buick GMC is that cheap that they cannot put a new battery in a vehicle that I had just purchased 3 months prior to me being there again to have my vehicle in for service. I personally do not recommend Crestmont Buick GMC for your vehicle needs. More
