I used to buy vehicles from Toyota of Redlands, but the environment here is completely different — welcoming, honest, stress-free, and they offer great prices.
Megan, the Internet Director, was outstanding. She was always available to help us find the right vehicle at a great price that truly suited our needs. She is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable.
Crystal was also amazing friendly, informative, and very helpful throughout the process. Along with Rick Gill, they made sure everything was clear and fair. Most importantly, they do not try to take advantage of you.
I also really appreciated the finance managers in the back office. They were very professional and respectful. No pressure to buy insurance or maintenance packages, just clear explanations and honest options. This made the final process comfortable and stress-free.
Highly recommended! I will definitely return and refer others here.
