General Sales Manager Justin Hamaker called me and acknowledged the bitter experience I had with his manager, Justin Allerheiligen. He was very apologetic and stated things would be corrected as he will have a "talk" with his manager. He further stated customers are valued highly and without customers there is no business. I appreciated his call and his desire to correct the issue by talking to his manager. He further assured me that customers need to be treated fairly, professionally, and with much courteous regardless of the type of transaction or deal whether the deal goes through or not. I thanked him for his time and call as I felt satisfied with his assurance. I ended up buying the truck after it arrived at the dealership this past Saturday 3/19/2022. To my surprise, I even ended up buying accessories such as a spray on bed liner and window tint, as well as Tire and Wheel warranty coverages! So, moral of the story - never judge a book by its cover and treat others right and with respect! Thank you for correcting the matter and in the end, making it a pleasant car buying experience!
