"We bought a 5th wheel from PB GRW in October 2019. The undercarriage liners were not installed properly and required on site service. This was reported to Danny Phillips -Service Manager on October 13 2020. So today marks 4 months Danny Phillips at Palm Bay Giant Recreation World “Service” department has ignored this issue which is a factory flaw with our 5th wheel camper which renders it unusable. We can not bring it in for service because the defect could cause harm to others if we tried to take it in for “service”. We have been very patient. The camper is only 2 miles from the dealer. But 4 months is beyond patience. Palm Bay Giant Recreation World appears to suck."
