Attached are images, videos as well as both demand letters that are in receipt as received to State Farm, Mcneill Chevrolet as well as LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac. We have evidence these were received by both fax as well as email and based upon their disregard and ignoring of our notification, we are assuming they prefer the court's decision which we are currently awaiting scheduling. Finally we have also notified the above entities that if they so choose to disregard and allow court proceedings, that is 100% fine with us because we contain the evidence that they don't know that we contain, and the agreement becomes NULL IN VOID at this point as we are in the process of compiling all additional fees, judgements and debts they will be added in addition with our request that the courts make both State Farm Corporation as well as Mcneill Chevrolet liable and responsible for any and all additional fees including any future additional fees added including the soon to be filed an additional action against State Farm seeking an additional $540,000 in damages due to the security breach allowed by State Farm affecting an entire group of previous clients of mine whose personal information was breached due to State Farm allowing a second robbery upon our business to happen with them flat out REFUSING to cover that incident as well although at that time our corporation was still legally covered under policy by State Farm. Instead of ensuring our valid claim, State Farm falsely accused defamed as well as published these derogatory statements about me to my colleagues and the community without any consequences to these illegal actions. YEARS OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATORY ABUSE towards AFRICAN AMERICAN FINANCE MANAGER referring to him as "HARAMBE, THE TOKEN BLACK GUY AS WELL AS TOBY" all of which we have evidence to prove at the pending court proceedings. Mcneill Chevrolet harassed former finance manager is February 2024 impersonating the same police department that neglected, mistreated wrongfully interrogated and falsely accused implicating that he himself vandalized his own business. Despite dozens of complaints filed with confirmation, no consequences for these actions have been imposed."
