We apologize for any inconvenience with getting a loaner car for your service appointment. Unfortunately, due to high demand, there is currently a two-week wait time for loaner vehicles. Our shuttle service does offer alternative transportation within a 10-mile radius as an option. However, we do strive to improve our services every day, and your feedback regarding loaner availability will be taken into consideration.
