My Genesis GV80 comes with valet service. It took over 6 week to get service done. 3 appointments were cancelled because no driver available a month went by because the only loner car was bei It took over 6 week to get service done. 3 appointments were cancelled because no driver available a month went by because the only loner car was being repaired after an accident. I is incredible that a company in the car business had no loner car to do my valet. The worst part is the general manager would not return my phone calls despite my leaving several messages and speaking to someone who promised that they would return my calls. More
I brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson in one month ago for an oil change, tire, rotation, and repair on the splash guard underneath. I had an appointment, and came back 2 1/2 hours later. I still had to wait almost an hour for my car, and the splash guard was never fixed, nor the tire rotation done! I spoke to someone who stated that they would order the parts which would be ready in “3 to 5 days.“ I called today, apparently they were never ordered! I was told that they can’t keep employees, but that is not my problem. I paid cash for a Hyundai in Oxendale, this is my third Hyundai. I expect good service when it is included with my car! More

$1600 repair after a "missed" oil leak during their so called "100 point inspection" 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, they won't stand behind the vehicle they sold.
