My experience with Tucson Subaru began when I viewed the Website. It was easy to navigate and comprehensive. I really liked the "meet our staff" section. The writeups on staff made the dealership seem welcoming and friendly. I messaged Layla Lopez through the website about the car I was interested in. She responded quickly and professionally. Layla followed up accordingly, which lead to my initial visit. Upon approach to the dealership, I liked what I saw and I especially liked that I wasn't accosted by wolf-like sales people. I was pleasantly greeted inside by reception. I was instantly impressed by the clean appearance and quiet atmosphere. Within a couple of minutes of my arrival, I met Layla, who put me at ease with her calm demeanor. Layla had prepared the car ahead of time. I appreciate efficiency. I pretty knew at that point, I'd buy that car. After a test drive, Layla and I talked about a few details. She introduced me to sales manager Curt, who answered a couple of questions. Curt was friendly and fielded my questions with ease. I returned in a couple of days to finalize my purchase. Everything went smoothly and I was kept informed throughout the process. I met with Traci Roberts,, who explained all the financial documents, service plans and various warranties. Traci too was friendly, welcoming and efficient. There are so many choices to be made and I felt (feel) confident that I made the right ones. Traci helped demystify the process. After finalizing the paperwork, Layla took me to my shiny new car, a 2024 Subaru Outback Touring XT. She went over several aspects of the car with me and helped me out with its technology. Well-done!
