I purchased a new vehicle from Hall Buick in Tyler. The team was caring and Jeorge Garcia was my salesman - he was a great listener, friendly, and professional. Even tho I went there to see what an Envista is all about, I asked if I could see some of the other vehicles on the lot mainly to compare! (Most car salesman just want a sale - but Jeorge allowed me to to check out the other vehicles which in turn helped me make my decision!). I purchased the Envista ! The transaction of the sale was smooth as silk (got a good trade in allowance for my trade), and the finance mgr was friendly and professional as well. So much better to go here than a big city (Dallas) auto dealership who treat you like a number not a person! Even got to shake hands with Mr Hall. Thanks Jeorge! You all are great people !

Dillan, Noah and really everyone were great, and it's not a one off. They are great each and every time I bring my vehicle in. I love the video of the walk around inspection of my vehicle that I get free every time I bring it in. It keeps me updated on what my car needs so I can budget for the repairs. My car is an elderly gal, and they take the best care of it here, as if it were brand spankin new. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

***CALL FAVOUR FOR YOUR NEXT ANYTHING!!!*** My career has been motorcycle sales, early on, my mentor had us read Carl Sewell’s book “Customer’s For Life” in “book club”. That book had always stuck with me as a guide on how to approach a sale, even if THAT SPECIFIC book wasn’t directly about about sales, more how to treat a customer in general. Under promise, over deliver. When I saw my new truck at a Sewell dealer I was low-key excited, as a hustler to go meet some hustlers, and see if they lived up to what was pushed, HEAVILY, in the book. Hands down I was beyond impressed. I showed up looking like some kind of biker trash gremlin 2 days in a row, and Favour treated me like a human. I wasn’t there looking at the most expensive vehicle, far from it. But I was treated with the same respect I’d assume someone would receive from someone buying a vehicle 20x the cost It was a rad, and fair experience, and I genuinely am grateful to have been able to learn a little bit more from these guys, but more importantly Favour nailed exactly what I’d learned from Mr. Sewell’s book in the first place. Favour, and the rest of the team at Sewell 100000% earned a customer for life.
