The sales manager was friendly as well. They were kind enough to go get me a car that I wanted from Covington within an hour on a Saturday. They really went out of their way to help me and make sure that I was satisfied. Alex spent a lengthy amount of time showing me the features of my new car and making sure I knew how to use them. She did not make me feel rushed and seemed happy to be at work. That is rare. I am grateful that I received great customer service here. I would recommend them to a friend.
