I gave Ali a call the day after our car was heavily damaged in an accident. He responded immediately to our inquiry about replacing our car if in fact it was deemed a total loss. I chose to come to Handy Toyota even though I have easier access to the Toyota dealership in Chittenden County. This is my second Prius at Handy's. My only criticism is that it took 4 hours to complete the process because I was being sandwiched between other customers.
