I had recently moved to the area and needed a car ASAP. Had heard good things about both the sales and service department at Muller Highland Park so I tagged along with my daughter when she took her car in Had heard good things about both the sales and service department at Muller Highland Park so I tagged along with my daughter when she took her car in for maintenance. I was not disappointed. The service department was impressively professional, friendly and helpful so I moved on to the sales floor to check it out. It was early and James Ogelsby was just walking in, but he greeted me immediately and got right to work taking me for a test drive and helping to find an available car that met all my needs. He went above and beyond to speed up the entire process and put me in the driver’s seat in a timely fashion. I’m a “Happy Camper” and can’t thank James and the entire team at Muller for their great attitude and dedication to excellent customer service and satisfaction !! More

The finance manager, however, became incredibly rude upon learning that we had a pre-approval from another financial institution and would not be taking their financing. Our sales rep provided us with our options, we declined, and the finance manager still took it upon himself to follow us out to the parking lot, which was pretty strange and not a good look for him. Feedback for the finance guy…. next time wait until the customer leaves to stomp your feet because the transaction didn’t work out in your favor. Overall, a seamless experience! More
