She provided all of the pertinent answers to every question that I had a as one of the best ones ever for me ! Jeana was an excellent communicator. She provided all of the pertinent answers to every question that I had about : The vehicle, its features, its capabilities, & remaining warranty coverage. Much of the initial communication was done over emails and texts. This allowed me to respond to everything at my convenience, without pressure. I was provided with answers to all of my questions and for everything that I needed to know up front about the vehicle. The visit to the dealer was very pleasant and the inspection & test drive went very well. After the purchase agreement, Jeana helped me with the installation the Volvo App on my phone, and she followed through with the list of everything that was supposed to be included with the vehicle, when it was delivered. The price for the vehicle was super competitive, and the process of picking it up from the dealership was a breeze with no hard sells at any point. As I'm writing this, I'm realizing that this was the easiest, best experience I've ever had with a car purchase. More
