Jens was very helpful in explaining all of the various features of the models I was considering and providing any information I needed, and he followed through reliably and promptly on any matters he promised to take care of. In addition, I never felt any hint of pressure... the philosophy at Wellesley VW seems to be to assist the customer in any way possible but without trying to control things... this is VERY different from most car dealers, and much appreciated. I'd had that experience when I bought a car from Wellesley VW in 2009, and it was great to see that things hadn't changed. More
