Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 20 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

I requested an appointment with the dealership online and within a few minutes I received a call back and it was scheduled. The dealership was very flexible with my schedule, the sales manager and consultant within a few minutes I received a call back and it was scheduled. I have been dealing with Piazza Honda of Springfield since 2019 and the service they provide, I wouldn’t go to any other dealership!! Honda gets my business for the rest of my driving days!!
