Joe Arrasmith, our Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered our questions about the car's features keeping with a friendly no-pressure style. The dealership was very clea knowledgeable and thoroughly answered our questions about the car's features keeping with a friendly no-pressure style. The dealership was very clean and well maintained, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. The downside was waiting an extraordinarily long time for the availability of the finance department, making the buying process less than ideal. In conclusion, Joe did his best to try to expedite the process and kept us up to date throughout the process. More
