After diving for 6 hours with a confirmed price that was negotiated before arriving we waited more than 3 hours before we saw the finance person. This was a cash deal. She seemed annoyed that it was a cash negotiated before arriving we waited more than 3 hours before we saw the finance person. This was a cash deal. She seemed annoyed that it was a cash sale and was very rude and distracted she left the desk several times as we were trying to pay. I did not get temporary plates and I live out of state. Additionally, the title did not arrive until it was FedExed to me after I called the dealer. This caused me to miss my DMV appointment and I could not get another appointment until April 04. Because we had to wait at the dealer for over 3 hours we had to travel back to NV during rush hour adding another two hours to drive that was already 5 hours long. More
