After a very unpleasant experience with the sales team, management got involved and made things whole, but considering you are entering mercedes, this was not the expected. The dealership has an excellent application support, Johnny was a pleasant experience in helping navigate the electronics as cars nowadays takes a lot of effort in setting up with your phone etc....they need to do a better job in enhancing the purchasing experience. Jonny provided excellent “concierge service” in orienting me with my new GL 450 E! Not only did he cover the basics, but highlighted many areas I might never have looked at or realized were there. In our adv me with my new GL 450 E! Not only did he cover the basics, but highlighted many areas I might never have looked at or realized were there. In our advanced lesson, he showed me more details about cruise control, and self driving along with even fixing an issue with my iPhone. Jonny also made me feel comfortable with asking any questions and made sure I knew I could contact him again in the future. Howard Rosenberg made sure the sales process went as smoothly as possible and followed up to make sure all went well. I wanted to buy my car from Mercedes-Benz of Natick due to the excellent service I have received from Luis Aguasvivas for many years. Luis has always responded quickly and pleasantly and made sure everything was taken care of. I look forward to working with him again for service on my new Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 Hybrid. More

Have only used this dealership for service. I really had to advocate for myself to get the service performed correctly… after 3+ months and multiple trips only half of the issues were successfu I really had to advocate for myself to get the service performed correctly… after 3+ months and multiple trips only half of the issues were successfully addressed. This is my first MB vehicle so not sure what to make of this. Everyone was very pleasant but I wish the service experience wasn’t so challenging. I spent a lot of time investigating the issues myself. I would recommend internalizing any insights the customer offers; we’re not all total idiots. That would’ve saved me (and you) a lot of time! Having said that, Jonny was very helpful, stepping in at the 11th hour to help confirm an issue persisted. He drove to my house to verify one of the issues with my car had in fact not been fixed and even went back to the dealership to get another car with the same equipment to confirm. Thanks Jonny for making the extra effort outside your department! Very appreciated. Now that issue has been fixed and I’m very thankful. More
