For the sale Jose was all over it and very helpful. The issues seam to start after the sale. We ordered a hitch to be installed when we purchased the CR-V Sport Touring. We have not heard back from Serria Honda since then even though i have made three followup calls. I need to know when the hitch will be installed and how long it will take to get it completed! More

Tom was great, he went above and beyond to find the car I was looking for. His team was absolutely amazing and kept me advised of what was going on in looking for the right car! They even called to let me kn was looking for. His team was absolutely amazing and kept me advised of what was going on in looking for the right car! They even called to let me know when my car had arrived on the transport truck. I got to drive the CRV for the first time with only 5 miles on it. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to buy a car from. Tom was able to got our payment down to what we could afford monthly with our income. They made sure my car had what I needed, to take care of my husband. They even went to him to sign the paperwork! Thank you Tom and Jose! You two are fantastic! More
