Throughout this period, I've engaged in countless communications with them. Their attitude has been evasive, and they haven't been proactive in resolving the issue. I believe this violates the basic service standards, showing a complete lack of responsibility. As a result, I've incurred losses. Currently, due to the absence of these two parts, my car's appearance is unsightly, and it's prone to water leakage on rainy days, making it unsafe to drive. I'm extremely disappointed in their conduct, especially on Ali and Tommy. More

Car wasn’t washed as promised when I picked up. I had to go back to the dealership and have it washed on my day off on a rainy day. Days later I had to go back to the dealer and re sign a document I had to go back to the dealership and have it washed on my day off on a rainy day.
