Does not value customer loyalty or satisfaction. Brought vehicle in 3 separate times and told them transmission was slipping and jerking. Repeatedly said nothing was wrong. "Nothing wrong" landed me on the side of the interstate 200 miles from home. After an expensive tow back to the dealership, I asked for a loaner car since I had been buying from them for over 25 years. Lady said should have one in 2-3 days. 4 weeks later they call and say truck is ready 🤨 More

They were courteous, efficient and timely with the repair. Although it took months to get the part, once they received it they affected the prepare with great haste and returned my vehicle back to me repair. Although it took months to get the part, once they received it they affected the prepare with great haste and returned my vehicle back to me in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated. The fact that they couldn't get the part was not their fault and I understand that; that was a matter of supply issues. More
