Appreciate the interest shown through acknowledging my husband and me, but really appreciate that we were allowed to browse without constant interruption from salesperson(s). However, when i went to sign paperwork, a young man introduced me to something added on for additional coverage that was not discussed with me prior to submission of the bottom-line price for my financing source. I did not choose the coverage and felt under the gun to decide. My husband and I had already been there and had the price, and the ad-on was a bit unexpected. The timeliness of my transaction was great until i was paused with the sales pitch for the additional coverage, offered as a one time payment, add on to my car payment (would have had to re-do my terms with my financial institution) or a monthly payment. No means no. More
