This is something that I can't say about any other car sales person that I've ever bought from. Even as he dealt with more than one buying group as I was in there, I never felt neglected and he multitasked masterfully. Every time I've gone back in for any reason, Chad has personally hand washed my car, something he says he offers everyone that buys car from him. My next car will certainly be bought from him. More

So good, we've bouight two Subarus! In 2015, we purchased a new Legacy from Byers Subaru in Dublin and drove it with nearly total satisfaction. But after 18 months, realized that had we bought an Outback, our satisfaction would have been total. So we returned to Byers Subaru after receiving an email offer. Our budget demanded that we keep the payments the same. No problem, Chad Sneed, while surprised to see us return so soon after he assisted us with the 2015 purchase, had us in the 2016 Outback in less time than it took us to drive in from Union County. The deal was made the easier for us with Subaru's guaranteed trade-in that Chad was ready to inform us about. In all likelihood, we'll not be trading for a while, but when we do, it'll be at Byers Subaru Dublin and we'll shop only when Chad Sneed is in the store! More

We had been to a couple other dealerships - Ford , Chevy and it came between a Chevy Cruz and the Subaru Legacy. What really won me over ( and my dad ) was how organized and knowledgable Michael was. Every question we had he knew the answer to. It was a great experience and I now will most likely only buy Subarus for the rest of my life! I've had my Subaru for over a year now and have had 0 issues and Michael gave his personal cell # , so when I do have questions he is super quick to answer. Byers Subaru Excellent customer service despite recall I recently bought a 2016 Subaru Outback and there was a recall for a potential steering column issue. I called about my car and within 1 hr., there were two men here at my house to get my car, and they also brought me a rental car! Within a few days, my car was ready. That was amazing service! I never had to be without a car, and they made it so easy. There was no charge for anything. They even sent me a $100 gift certificate to spend in any way I wished (service, products, etc.) for the inconvenience. I can't say enough about this dealership. They are extremely personable, caring, and every time I've gone there, they are right there to help you with whatever you need. I honestly was dreading looking for a car, but this dealership is more like a family. They are very "non-pressure", and I felt comfortable working with them. The manager, Tim Kerrigan, was awesome in rectifying a concern, several on-staff salesman were fantastic in helping me (I wish I could remember all their names), and Sage, my salesman, did a great job listening to what I needed. I LOVE my car and can't say enough about it. I am so happy I picked this dealership and this car. When I stopped in there for a car wash, they all remembered me (and my dog)! I will certainly stay with this dealership and subaru vehicles. More
